Directions
Westfield Location
From Garden State Parkway
Take exit 135 (Clark/Westfield Exit). Follow signs towards Westfield. At the 5th traffic light make a right onto South Ave. Go approximately .5 miles and the gym is on the left hand side.
From Rt. 22
Take the Lawrence Avenue exit. Stay straight on Lawrence Ave. until the end. At the end of Lawrence Ave it merges with Mountain Ave. Make a right onto East Broad and a left onto Central Ave. Go under the bridge and make a left onto South Ave. Go approximately .5 miles and the gym is on the left hand side.
Garwood Location
From Garden State Parkway
Take exit 135 (Clark/Westfield Exit). Follow signs towards Westfield. At the 5th traffic light make a right onto South Ave. Go approximately 1 mile and the gym is on the right hand side (next to Marano and Sons dealership).
From Rt. 22

From Garden State Parkway
Take exit 137 and make a left off the ramp onto Westfield Ave. Follow signs towards Elizabeth. Go 1 mile and the gym is on the right hand side (across the street from the Assumption Church).
